  1.    So for better result clean your environment were you willing to do it.
  2.    Drink lots of water to hydrate yourself .
  3.     Get a good night sleep to increase your mental freshness .
  4.    Warm up or do stretching before intense workout .
  5.    Aerobic exercise improves Respiratory, Cardiovascular function .          
         So this are enormous benefits you can get through doing a little exercise.
