MORNING start

   In today's 21 century the human are fully stuck in daily office frustrated work , with same routine 

        level of mindset. To get the whole day very productive you need to win the first hour of the day.

             so there should need to get a fresh start to begin the day. with a healthy scientific way -

WAYS TO START A HEALTHY MORNING

1) when you wake up at the morning you need to recall the routine , what you want to going to do  so it       create a systematic routine .


 2) our body is made up of 70% water and our brain uses a lots of water during night so in order to  make you fresh you need to hydrate yourself after wake up , it serve as a fuel to brain. so drink a 
glass of water.

3) our body is totally dependent on the metabolism of oxygen . every part of our body needs fresh     oxygen. which we can get it with a simple breathing exercise which we called a meditation. 5 min of     deep breathing daily is enough to give us a healthy mind, healthy immune system, positive thinking.


4) After doing this you need to make the bed. this will give a clean environment and a good habit which will contribute to your goal.

5) At morning you can make a healthy drink like tea with specific ingredient which enhances your health.by drinking tea your brain fills freshness and overall you fill energetic.
6) With drinking a cup of tea it is very effective to write your journal , about what you are going to do. it will give a map of  routine and make a good habit of writing a new thoughts .

THIS are the morning fresh routine to jump start or to enhance the productivity of healthy life .
